The other day I suddenly heard noises from outside that could only be coming from one of two things: either an unprovoked extraterrestrial attack on the little town that I currently live in, or...FIREWORKS! My camera and I were in the window in a matter of seconds.




Only 1 month & 26 days until my birthday. And Christmas! Aaah can't wait to make presents, wrappings, cards. Not to mention receiving some myself! Love it love it love it. I'm even on the verge of ending this post with xoxo.

All Hallow's Eve

Last night went down rather quietly with red wine, old horror films and...fairly good company :)

Today's Monday, but it feels just like Sunday

Did absolutely nothing today, except for taking a five-minute walk to the nearby vending machine and back; O talking on the phone, me running around him taking photos dressed in shorts, tights and a big fur hat.

Shoot for Inger Design

The other day I had a photoshoot for clothes designer Inger Fossum - she wanted photographs of some dresses of hers which are to be auctioned away for charity this Saturday. It was freezing! Though the models were good sports (between shots they had to change in an open, windy field), I really felt a little bad for them in the end. Just a little. Spent the rest of the week editing away nipples showing through the dresses ;)

Summer 07

One of my favourite things about photgraphy is to go back in my archives, dig forth some old photoshoots I thought I was finished with and rediscover shots that I didn't see any potential in back then. Today was a day like that, looking through photos from a delightful day which seems forever ago, I found gems that I've overseen for two years.

Considering my latest posts has solely consisted of features of legendary photographers and other people who created great art, I thought that including Irving Penn would be on it's place after receiving news that he passed away yesterday, October 7th. His photographs are timeless, non?
